ADOPTION EDUCATION STERILIZATION

SAFE Haven For Cats (SHFC) is a no-kill shelter for cats located in the North Raleigh area of North Carolina. We are a unique community-based animal shelter. In addition to providing adoption services for cats and kittens in need of good homes, we also manage a foster program for animals requiring a little extra love and care. We further assist our community in providing feline spay and neuter services in connection with SAFE Care Feline Spay Neuter Clinic.

Pet Adoptathon® 2009

On May 2 and 3, 2009 SAFE Haven participated in Pet Adoptathon 2009. Animal organizations worldwide joined together to find a home for each and every shelter pet!

Pet Adoptathon 2009 Sponsored by North Shore Animal League America, SAFE Haven For Cats was one of over 2,000 animal shelters participating in 26 countries worldwide.

The event at SAFE Haven featured:

Special adoption fees: Every cat and kitten adopted will be only $75 (normal fees $85-$100)
Free Hills Science Diet food with every adoption.
Raffles for the adults.
Cats and Kittens: Over 40 real, live, adorable and adoptable cats and kittens ready to be adopted
