Security Statement
SAFE Haven for Cats does not store any sensitive information such as credit card numbers on our website. Donations to SAFE Haven are processed by Blackbaud Payment Systems. All payments are stored by them in a secure environment that is PCI-DSS compliant.

Refund Policy
SAFE Haven does not refund adoption fees.

Cat Return Policy
SAFE Haven’s goal is to find lifetime homes for cats. If you can no longer keep the cat you adopted from us or are having problems with it, please contact us at info@safehavenforcats.org. We will help you with advice and try to resolve any issues related to the cat with all the resources available to us. In most situations we will take the cat back into our program for replacement.
