These kittens are safe thanks to the quick thinking of a bystander and the State Capitol Police! Now we need your help caring for them!
WRAL shared the story about these 3 adorable kittens.
The 4-week-old kittens – Cole, Olson and Mayabb – are safe in a SAFE Haven foster home until they are ready for adoption after they turn 10 weeks old. Our cat care staff named the kittens after their guardian angels, the police officer who saved them, and the sweet bystander that called the police.
Despite their harrowing adventure on Monday, the triplets are doing well, but kittens this young are fragile. They’ll need bottle feeding and care from the foster family and our cat care staff.
Donating ensures we can care for these babies, and we can say YES when our community calls. SAFE Haven is the Triangle’s trusted caretaker of our community’s cats. We can only say YES because of your support. Please donate today to honor Cole, Olson, Mayabb and all the cats who need our care.
